CBA Learning Module Series Short-term Extension (weekly, monthly, 3 month special)
May only be purchased to extend a current
or recently expired CBA LMS subscription.
Available weekly, monthly, and as a 3 month special.
Purchases are reviewed prior to a manual license adjustment that may take 24 to 48 hours to process.
CBA Learning Module Series Short-term Extensions can be used to extend a subscription to the CBA Learning Module Series (TL4 or TL5). Eligibility requires a previous full subscription (3, 6, 12, 24, 36, or 48 month). Please note that BDS offers a discount on a 2nd full CBA subscription. This offer does not extend to accounts that currently hold a student ("required") discount. BDS only allows for one discount per purchase. Contact email@example.com to have the discount applied to your account. If you are signing in using the same account that was used to make an initial subscription purchase, the 2nd purchase discount should be automatically applied to your account! Please see the pricing table on the CBA Learning Module Series product page for current pricing and 2nd purchase discount rates.
All extension purchases are reviewed, verified, and approved at the discretion of BDS prior to a manual license adjustment that may take up to 48 hours to process. (Orders that do not meet eligibility will be voided and a notification will be emailed to the customer.)
An extension will affect the 6 month window requirement for the BDS money-back and free extension policies coinciding with a BACB exam failure. BDS policies require module completion within 6 months from the actual exam date. Please click here to see the Pass Guarantee page for details on our policies. Customers may recalculate a 6 month time frame by changing the “begin” date on the Course Completion Report. Any modules completed to 100% prior to the new “begin” date will present without data indicating that a retake is necessary. The new “begin” date will not become permanent but will revert back to the initial license begin date. Monitor module completion periodically.
Example #1: A CBA 6 month license begins on 2/10/20 and expires on 8/10/20. A 3 week extension is purchased and the license expiration date is adjusted to 9/1/20. The BCBA exam is taken on 8/31/20. BDS will review module completion from the CBA Course Completion Report from 3/1/20 (NOT from 2/10/20) to 9/1/20. Any module completed from 2/10/20 to 3/1/20 needs to be retaken in order to qualify for the money- back guarantee or the free extension policies.
Example #2: A CBA 12 month license begins on 2/10/20 and expires 2/10/21. An exam session extension is purchased for $169 and extends the CBA license to 6/1/21. The exam is taken on 5/25/21. BDS will review module completion from the CBA Course Completion Report from 11/25/20 (NOT from 2/10/20) to 5/25/21. Any module completed from 2/10/20 to 11/25/20 needs to be retaken in order to qualify for the money back guarantee or the free extension policies.
If you do not want to monitor module completion within a 6 month time period prior to the exam date, you may request a new data sheet (module data does not transfer over). Email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org AFTER completing your order.
A free 60-day extension is available for customers who have failed the Board exam, and have completed a minimum of 70% of the CBA Learning Module Series within 6 months of the exam date. Click here for details about our Pass Guarantee.
