Adrianna's Journey - Making Measurable Progress With My Two Sons - One on the spectrum, Samuel, & One Neurotypical, Benjamin - July 15, 2020 1 pm - 3 pm ET
by Adrianna Horne & Michael Maloney Earn 2 BACB Learning CE credits! Suited for BCBAs & BCaBAs.
Adrianna uses behavioral methods to teach her sons reading, math, language and motor skills. She is remotely supervised by Michael Maloney and Jonathan Amey. This is her data-based story. This 2 hour LIVE WEBINAR will occur on July 15th from 1pm to 3pm, Eastern Time.
Adrianna Horne was faced with a dilemma when her BCBA went on an extended maternity leave in an underserved area in Tennessee. Adrianna tried homeschooling and was mostly unsuccessful and frustrated. Then she enrolled on an ABA course at University of West Florida, found some behavioral supervisors and began her journey as a teaching mother of her autistic son, Samuel and her neurotypical son, Benjamin. In this webinar, she presents the challenges and successes of running a behaviorally based set of programs with remote supervision.
If you have clients with whom you are working remotely, there is much to be learned from Adrianna's voyage.
